Ava is just a gem within herself. Her personality is so fluid that my social anxiety was nonexistent. During our first consultation, I was sold so much so that I had to emphasize the importance of not selling yourself or talent/skills short. Ava is so passionate about her craft that she can emerge herself in the project and becomes invested that the result is just memorizing. During the first run-through of my project, I sobbed (uncontrollably) I felt every beat, transition, angle...every detail was intentional and meaningful. Director A is the next minority female cinematographer of this era. Mark my words!!!
